Today’s menu:
Breakfast – 1/2 c oatmeal, 1 oz. low fat cheese, 3/4 c. blueberries and 1c 1% milk
Lunch – 1 3oz. hamburger, 1 hamburger roll, 1 c. brocolli, 1 apple, 1 c. yogurt
Dinner – 4 oz lean beef, 1 large potato, 2 c. salad with 2 tbsp fat free french, 1 c. yogurt, 1 c canteloupe and strawberries, mixed.
