Sugar Free Apple Cake

This recipe was on Cooks.com – and even Bob agrees it is yummy:

1c. oil

2c splenda

3 eggs (add one at a time)

2c. flour

2 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

3 apples, diced well

1 c. chopped walnuts

3/4 c. raisins (I hate raisins – I used dried cranberries)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Spray 12 cup bundt pan with Baker’s Joy.  Combine ingredients in order litsed; blend well after each.  Pour into pan.  Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.  Cool 45 minutes.  Invert onto a platter.
